I'm not sure this is being posted in the correct place, but thought this would be a good place to start. We received in the mail, addressed to us with our family's name, a "Move Ahead" offer to stay, play and dine for a relatively reasonable price per person, for a November vacation from Disney Destinations. I called the 407 # listed on mailing and after reading and repeating the offer's PIN to the representative on the phone, he indicated that the PIN I used is not linked to us, but another family. After refusing to get off the phone with him until I received a better explanation, he said that I needed to fax what I received to his supervisor. I faxed it over this morning and am still waiting for a response. I was just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone and if there was ever a resolution?
