Reccomendations on a Vinyl Cutting Maching

i am interested in purchasing a vinyl cutting machine. I am new to this, but i would like to be able to make vinyl decals for shirts, mugs, signs, etc. I would rather invest the money to buy a machine that works well with cutting intricate designs. I would like to eventually turn this in to a small business.
I started doing some research and read that a good cutting machine has the servomotor.

Can anyone recommend a cutter and also the best software to purchase.
