I am looking for reccomendations for a dinner buffet. It is my husband daughter and I and we love buffets. This will be our second visit to Disney. On our last visit we did Hollywood and Vine. We really enjoyed it. I currently have ADR's for Ohana's Character Breakfest - my daughter's favorite character is stitch. Hoop De Doo Review - my husband will love the unlimited beer! and finally Boma's Dinner Buffet. I am really questionsing if Boma's is a good choice after reading the reviews. Although my husband and I love trying new things I am not sure if this is a good choice. Although the ambience sounds great. So should I try somewhere else or keep Boma?

No one in my family (2 daughters - ages 6 & 7, son - age 3, & husband) enjoyed the food at Boma.

Rather than a buffet have you considered on of the family style TS restaurants. We all loved Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner. They will bring you more food if you run out. We liked this better than a buffet because we did not have to get up with the children.

My wife and I have eaten at Boma our last two trips and absolutely loved it. Aside from the Chef Mickey breakfast buffet, it is our favorite.

as far as buffets go, I am a Boma fan. I prefer non-buffets.

1900 Park Fare is our family favorite. We haven't visited since the recent rehab, so we are looking forward to a return visit on our next trip in January.

The dinner buffet at Cape May is great, especially if you like seafood.

For breakfast, we always book one late slot at Boma. (Sorry, haven't tried the dinner there.)

I think we like these locations because the atmosphere is a little less frenetic than the buffets in the parks.

In my opinion, the best buffet within the parks is Crystal Palace.

Beirgarten and Cape May Clambake are our 2 favorite dinner buffets

We loved Boma! In fact, it was the first thing my DH requested as a repeat this trip. :thumbsup2

We also really enjoyed Crystal Palace and Park Fare breakfast buffets.

BOMA is the only buffet we will do. And we love it so much that we eat here for our first night on every trip to WDW.

That just goes to show you! Everyone I have brought to Boma (our family of 3, my parents, my sister's family of 5. my in-laws, my BIL's family of 4, my friends -- all 5 of them) all loved Boma. It is not "American Meat & Potatoes" but we think it's good food. We go on every trip :).

My second favorite would probably be the Biergarten, just because we're from Wisconsin and we feel at home, LOL! After that ... Crystal Palace at the breakfast/lunch turnaround (brunch!) and Cape May Cafe. We're trying Liberty Tree on our next trip.

We love the Crystal Palace, Biergarten.:thumbsup2
We did not care for Boma's.
If you'd want to try a family style dinner, LTT is great!!

I am not a buffet fan, but I usually love Boma and go every trip. But my first choice now is Crystal Palace. I have been there the last two trips and found the food great - liked it better than Boma. And last time the food at
Boma was not the best. The soups were too salty, the meats just so so. I loved CP also for the character parade with the kids and its location....

Boma. Something different, yet enough "safe" choices for everyone. Plus two simple words...Zebra Domes.

While Boma had wonderful food that my hubby and I liked. Our 3 dd's 18,16,11 all hated it and wanted to get pizza after the fact. I guess it depends on likes and dislikes. :)
