Recc for busy days?

We arrive this Sun and stay til weds night. I know sun and Mon are likely to be crazy. We are 2 adults, 4.5 yo son and 2.5 daughter. I was thinking shows and less popular rides? Suggestions? Best app for wait times?

I recommend planning to arrive at the parks in time for "rope drop". The first few hours of the morning tend to be less busy even during the busy periods so you stand the best chance of getting things done. I would also plan to make use of FP (the two parks are "disconnected" - so having a FP in DL doesn't affect your ability to get on in DCA).

IN terms of apps, I've not found any one in particular that was outstanding (I've only used the free ones). I would recommend having more than one app and then try to get a consensus wait time. I've used MouseWait, Disneyland Wait Times, and DLR Lines. I'd skip DLR Lines because you have to pay if you want all ride info.
