Hi All,
I have ongoing back, neck and hip problems (shall not bore everyone with the long story) and am trying to get back into more aerobically based exercise. For the last 2 years I have been doing private Pilates sessions with a physiotherapist 3 times a week and am pleased with my slow but steady progress.

I had to give up my beloved treadmill as it was annoying my back and my exercise bike has not worked out becasue of my hip issues. Soooo.......the physio has suggested a rebounder with the hope that eventually I will get back to some power walking.

Does anyone have any experience with a rebounder? I would love some personal feedback.

Thanks

I bought an Urban Rebounder to get into shape last April. I've lost 97lbs over 14 months. It was a great help. I bought it from HSN. It came with DVDs and resistance bands. JB Berns is the "trainer." The DVDS go from 1st timer through advanced, really letting you grow with them. I love it. :lovestruc I credit my sucessful weightloss to such a fun start with exercise. I actually looked forward to going home and rebounding all day while at work.
I was never sore anywhere but my feet. They actually burned at 1st. This lasted about 2 weeks. Then, nothing. Rebounding is a great cardio work out. Enjoy!

Lots of success to you! :flower3:
