Posted this on the transportation board, but I know a lot of buget boarders have used the code, so I thought I would ask here. :)
We booked our flights using the $25 code..the fares went down today (not a DING but the actual fares). We are trying to rebook to get the credit, but are not sure how to...Can we use the same code? We do have another one if we cant use the same...but how do we cancel and rebook the new fare? Any help would be appreciated. :)

I'm pretty sure you have to cancel your whole reservation and rebookit using the code. That's how it worked for me. But someone else please confirm this because I don't want it to mess up for you. It did work for me that way.

We booked in early June using the $25 pp code. Of course, our fares dropped less than a week later (!@#!!). We re-booked and tried to apply the code again, but the site wouldn't allow it- said we could only use it once. We still got a credit of $190, but I was still frustrated that we couldn't use the code! If we had just waited a few days, we would have $250 in our pockets instead of a credit for $190...

Hindsight is 20/20... at least they give out credits- imagine if we'd booked through someone else?? :)

As for how to do it, we re-booked online- it was pretty easy to follow. We had to cancel and then re-book.

Thanks for the info. :)
We do have another *new* code..but we couldn't figure out how to cancel, book with the new fares and apply a new code. DH finally called and they told us it couldn't be done. We could rebook the lower fares, but we couldn't apply a new $25 code.

We had the same problem. I only got back $16 instead of the $60+ I should have gotten.

I don't see why you couldn't use a new code:confused3. I just booked mine this week using my code. Then applied a previous credit I had when it came to the payment page.
You would have to cancel the first one. Then book the new one using the promo code. On the payment page hit the button to apply credit from the first flight enter the flight information and it should show up.

This is exactly what I just did and it worked perfectly. :goodvibes I canceled the original flights, then went back in, rebooked them using the new code and applied the electronic funds to the new reservation. I was able to get the $90.00 credit.

For some reason I had it in my mind that I had to do both transactions at the same time...:confused3 Duh moment?

Thanks for the infor. I am going to try to do this as soon as I get another new code. I am just hoping price doesn't increase again before I get another new code.
