Rebooking With an Expired Pin

Hello there,

I have booked POR Riverside using a 30% off pin, but just found out that my pin also works for deluxe (not stated on postcard). My problem is that my pin code expires tomorrow and I just found out about this tonight.

My question is, do I have to make this decision in the next few hours or once I have booked using this pin, can I upgrade to a deluxe and still have the % off applied?

If you already have a package booked with your 30% pin code, you should have no problems upgrading to a deluxe providing that there is availability under your pin. I can't even tell you how many changes I've had to make to my original ressie that I made with my pin code and mine expired back in January.

As mommyrosa said, yes you can make changes to a booked reservation once a code has expired. If you encounter a CM at CRO who says otherwise, hang up and call again (not all of them understand that it's possible). The CM has to go through Guest Services in order to make the change, but it should only take a few minutes.

Note that when looking at different room categories and resorts, even when the code was active it may not have been available at all resorts and room categories. You are still limitted by the availability under the code.
