I was wondering if anyone knows what the stateroom credit is if you rebook a 4 day cruise? I am assuming the discount is still 10%? I'm on the Wonder this September (next month!)and would love to get a good deal on the next cruise.

Also, is it best to bring price quotes for the cruise we're considering? I've heard that it is a good idea to do this along with a disney price quote, but what is the advantage? They aren't negotiable on the price they quote you on the cruise, are they?

I have also heard to transfer to another TA after booking. Is it best to get home and then call around to get your best deal?

Any other rebooking tips would be greatly appreciated.

I think you only get a $100 onboard credit, no 10% discount (the 10% is only for the 7 night cruises plus on the 7 night you get a $200 onboard credit).

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

hmmm. that is not what I was expecting. I called DCL and asked them specifically if the 10% applied to the 3 and 4 day cruises and they said it did. They were reluctant to say anything about the onboard credit I would get, though.

I booked my 7 day Western when I was on the August 1st 4 day Wounder and I did not see any specials for the 3 and 4 day. The only thing I remember is the 10% and 200 for the 7 day.

That would be great if the 10% is now being given to the 3 & 4 day cruises. I hope a recent cruiser will join this thread and let us know what they were offering on their cruise. I am just going by what I have read in other threads and what was offered last September (2003-which things could have changed a lot since then).

I just got off the phone with DCL. Sure enough, it's only 10% on the 7 day.

The onboard credit is $100 for the 3 and 4 day, $200 for land and sea, and $200 + 10% off for the 7 day cruise.

If I still want to book a 4 day while onboard to get the $100 credit, will they price match other deals I've found or not?

I don't think they will price match, it will be based on what Disney is charging at the time.

Now, after you book, you can move your reservation to a TA like Dreams Unlimited and get their rebate on top of the $100 credit (I only know about Dreams because I did this last year when I booked onboard).
