When we sailed in Feb 04, you could rebook any cruise. If you rebooked a 7 day, you got 10% off and $200 per room. If you rebooked a 3 or 4 day, you only got $100 per room and no 10% off. Not sure if it has changed since then.
Since we go every February, does anyone know if we can book for the following February? Or, does it have to be within a certain time frame? I know we usually have to wait a while before booking dates with AAA.
We always get early booking rates. This time I'm going to be prepared and have some money aside to book on the ship. Does anyone know if I could book it for just DH and myself ($400.00) and then add DS later when I transfer my reservation to AAA?

I think there is a timeframe, but they really do a big business booking for "this time next year". We've done that both times we've booked onboard.
FYI, just book another trip, and if you need to change the trip, you get to transfer the credit to your new dates. Just has to be done before you pay in full.
I hate to belabor the obvious but the 3-4 day offer is pretty pathetic. You can get $50-$100 stateroom credit from any number of agencies, and discounts from a few. Insufficient incentive to book on board.
I have never rebooked on board but i think I have heard that if you do book on board, get the 10% off and $200 credit that if you transfer the reservation over to someone like Dreams Unlimited, you can get their "rebate" on top of all that, saving maybe another $150 or so. I don't think that stateroom credits can be combined but i do think certain offers can be.
