With all the people who had to rebook their trips because of Irma does anyone think DVC will have a lot of overbooked or double booked properties over the next 60 days?

I was shocked to read how many people were able to get their DVC rooms rebooked for later in September and October. Seems like DVC was fullly booked for the fall prior to the storm.

No, I don't think they have over booked or double booked. I'd also guess they pulled back dates that had been turned over to CRO for cash reservations.

Well, I for one, have had no luck re-booking. I had to book on cash in late October. I even specifically asked (on 2 separate occasions) if there was any CRO inventory they were reclaiming to assist and was told "NO" both times. I keep looking online - but nothing more than a day here or there, nothing that resembles a week through end of year. We are looking for Studio only.

We were out of luck too trying to rebook prior to the end of the year. We were able to get 7 days in February so we booked that. Searched all room types at all resorts. Aulani was available but nothing at WDW. We searched even bungalows and CC cabins....no luck. Unfortunately our season passes will expire end of December and we weren't planning to renew until fall 2018 so we'll have to renew now. Also have points in holding that we can's use prior to their expiration at end of November so trying to rent them out through David's.
