Good grief, I just needed to share and vent a little, because I can't do it at home.

I have been booking our upcoming trip to florida and using two different TA - (two different parts of the trip and one was a group thing so I had to book there) and booked our flights on my own. Of course we got travel insurance, but because, my mother in law is over 65 and lives in another city, I couldn't book her travel insurance, so I asked her to do it herself. plus she booked the cruise portion of our trip herself and had travel insurance included in that, but we are staying offsite for 8 days before the cruise.

Well here lies the reason that I am now regretting booking her flight. She emailed me today asking about our flight details for her travel insurance. I sent her all the information flight times, flight number, carrier and dates.

So far I have had 4 emails asking for pieces of information, that were already contained in the original email. ARRRRRRG.

I nicely ignored the fact that I had already answered these questions in the first email, and answered them. But boy I needed to vent somewhere. So I thought I would share.

Both her and my husband have a little bit of OCD, so the actually travelling from here to there and back will most likely drive me up the wall, especially when I also have to keep track of the kids, plus deal with the two of them and their travel worries.

Ok I am feeling a little bit better now, Thanks so much for listening to my venting. :goodvibes

Sometimes you do just have to vent! In-laws can drive you nuts and you certainly can't vent at home... :rotfl:

 Just try to keep your mind on how much fun you will have once you are there!

Yup, we invited the in laws on our first trip with the kids (because if my mom was coming they had to be invited too). While they were fine/well behaved-they did nothing to help with the kids and in general were like adding 2 extra kids. No thanks, not vacationing with them again!

Vent away!! Haven't traveled with my inlaws but the thought of it makes me shudder....way to many varied personalities to manage.
