We are looking to go to Disneyland in January, 3 adults(parents and grandma), & 2 kids (3 & 18mos) and want to stay in a "suite". So kids can go to bed, Grandma can babysit, and parents can still be at Disneyland :cool1: ...ANY SUGGESTIONS? Stipulations: has to be within walking distance (I'm talking a few blocks), at least a moderate hotel-nice, clean rooms, maybe a pool??? AND of course, reasonably priced.

do a web search under anahiem suites. off the top of my head i can't think of any suites that are reasonable within walking distance. we stayed at embassy suites and hampton suites (both were a short drive away-and i think both had shuttle service). i would reccommend (of the 2) embassy. their suites are much larger, they have a wet bar with a microwave, small fridge, sink... they are also a clean, nice environment (nice pool). when looking at the prices remember that their rate includes a full cooked to order breakfast each morning (eggs your style, potatos, bacon, sausage, pancakes, pasteries....) and a 2 hour free cocktail hour (sodas or punches if you don't drink) each evening. you can check out their website but also call the location directly and ask if they can offer a better rate (if anyone has a government affiliation they offer great discounts).
