Reas

It stands for Romantic Escape at Sea package. It includes a welcome gift, you are able to make reservations at Palos and the spa ahead of time, to avoid the ressie rush after boarding. I think there is a turn down service with rose petals. Also, a spa service for two. I'm sure others that have done it will weigh in with more details. I think it runs around $300 to $400? I think it went up after the first of the year.

the new price is $329 or $339

You get the welcome basket (nice metal wire basket that includes a small box of candy, a photo frame/album, and a bottle of champagne), the Palo ressie for two, the one hour couples massage at the spa (cabana massages not an option), and the romantic turn down service (very nice).

frankly, DCL will soon be allowing us to make spa appointments 90 days in advance (slated to start this in April according to a CM I spoke with) so there goes some of the "incentive" for the REAS package.

Really, if that's the case, then I may cancel my REAS package. That was really the only reason I signed on. Palo isn't as important to us as the massage. And, we don't have to do it together. Do you know when they'll make an announcement about that?

Can a person reserve Palos brunch instead of dinner with the REAS package?

Definitely not on the Wonder - not sure, but I don't think so on the Magic either.

Yes. Brunch was the most important reason that DH and I booked the REAS, because we didn't want to do the 'ressie rush.' We also booked the spa, and Palo dinner.

(We sailed at the end of May on the Magic.)

You can book the brunch on the magic ,its not included in the price though. You cannot book it for the wonder. :flower:

Does anyone know what happens if your husband is not a spa guy? Could I have 2 services to use myself?
Thanks

Yes, you can. Sign up for one ahead of time then sign up for the other on-board. Would NOT...grrr let me do both ahead of time...something to do with the reservations computer...
