Does anybody know how the billing of this is handled? It wasn't included in my final price when I looked at my docs (which just arrived). I paid for it already over the phone with DCL but I don't see confirmation anywhere on my docs - is this normal? Is there a separate invoice when we get on board?

It is normal not to see it on the confirmation, but make sure that it is reflected in the price. It should be in there but not broken out separately.

Very odd, Barb - it's NOT reflected in the price - I don't know why that is. I will call DCL and find out what's going on....

Okay...thank HEAVENS for this board!
I just got off the phone with the sweetest gal at DCL (so what else is new?) and all our reservations were in place? But for some reason...they had never confirmed the REAS package for us - so they had sent a refund to my credit card - it was all very confusing...but it's all straightened out now!!

ARGH! Got paranoid and called back -- worried that maybe the spa ressies got lost since all the DCL rep mentioned were the Palo ressies...I've been on hold forever while this new gal checks on them
