The good things definitely outweighed our bad in our experience with REAS package. But just to share...
Good:
1 - All reservations, dining rotation were as I requested.
2 - Gift basket was very nice!
3- Massage, fabulous.
Not so good:
1- the high pressure sales pitch for products at the end of the massage!! I was all tensed up by the time they finally let us out of the room. Not happy with that at all. My husband and I literally felt trapped by the two masseuses (sp?). They insisted that we buy the products immediately and use them immediately or all the "bad toxins" that are floating around wouldn't be released. gimme a break!!!
2 - The "romantic turn down" after our Palo dinner, consisted of a plastic bag of rose pedals left on our bed. and some obscene looking towel animal...I'm guessing it was supposed to be a snake. (I'll post a pic when I get a minute.) Obviously our room steward had no clue what was supposed to be done with the rose pedals.
very disappointing, especially since I wanted to surprise my husband with it.
When I get a chance I'll shoot off an email to DCL just to let them know that their stewards should know what to do with the rose pedals and the spa needs to know about the high pressure sales pitch!!
If you want to surprise your husband/wife, etc. with the turn down service, make sure your room steward knows what's supposed to be done.

I don't think Disney has much control over the spa, it's run by an outside company and probably a great deal of their profit comes from the product sales .. I don't
genie magic / and
pixie dust !!!
