REALLY worried about something I shipped

For the first time I printed my own USPC shipping label through paypal shipping. It was an expensive item so I had my husband bring the package to the post office and asked him to get a receipt. He said that he was told he couldn't get a receipt for it. NOW, everytime I try to track the package, the messsage seems to indicate that the label was printed but the package is "awaiting shipment." Anyone have any experience with this? I'm really stressing out about this. I wish I had just gone to the post office like I always do.

The tracking never, or rarely ever, actually updates along the package's journey. Once it is delivered the bar code will be scanned and the message will update with the time and date of delivery. No worries!

and also I find my mailman or local po never seems to scan th DC but it des get scanned when delivered.

I ship everything that way and leave it at my front door for the mail man.

Phew! Thanks! I feel much better. I mostly track UPS, which is always right on the money, so I got nervous.
