at least going in Feb. i dont know what to do
i hear that in Feb. it could be really cold and then there are days where you can go swimming. I am in Kansas but from Chicago, so i can handle the cold. but it will be me, hubby, my bff and mine and hubbys 5 kids ages then will be 2 1/2 months (almost 3 months) to 6. We are planning on going Feb. 18th-26th. so end of Feb. i will be bringing sweaters, pants, jackets and hats just in case and a car seat cover for the new little one. so anyone been to Disney end of Feb. Is it really that bad?
i know we may hit crowds a bit, but hopefully not to bad. Presidents Day is on the 18th this year. the day we will be arriving. we only plan on doing DTD that day. and then just resting up in the hotel. we also really want to check out a beach while there. but if its going to be chilly, not sure i really want to. i want my kids to be able to go into the water and splash around and have fun. not just walk on the beach freezing their butts off lol!

We were just there March 4-10, with five kiddos ranging from 11 months to 7 years. The crowd levels were not too bad. The only time we had issues was the night we stayed for the fireworks in Magic Kingdom. The crowds were exiting and we were trying to head into the park. We obviously didn't plan well that night. Other than that it was a great week to be there. Our first day was chilly (sweatshirts) and we were in Epcot so it did get kind of windy. We're from upstate NY so we're used to it. As the week wore on it got progessively warmer, to the point that it was *almost* uncomfortable by the day we left. It started to get quite warm and humid. I personally would rather need a light jacket or sweatshirt than be all sweaty and need a shower by mid-morning. Have fun planning!
