Really Nice DVC Windbreaker

No I am not referring to a DVC member with gas.

I paid $29.95 on ebay for a brand new DVC Windbreaker. It was one of those Deals at Disney auctions. I got the windbreaker today, and I have to say it is soooo nice, I love it! It's got one of those roll up hoods that zip into the collar, an inside zipped pocket, two slash pockets on the outside and it's nicely lined. Definitely very well made, nice and sturdy. It is a men's, and the small size fits me, (I usually wear a ladies medium) just right. I was really impressed with how nice it is, and the original $75 price tag was still attached. I'm so glad I got it.

I went on Ebay again just now, because I thought I saw another auction for the same jacket and wanted to tell you all about it in case anyone here was interested. Imagine my surprise--the starting bid, (which was $29.95 when I got mine) is now $19.95. Arrggh! Figures! But I had to tell myself I was very happy with it for $29.95, so I shouldn't let it aggravate me too much. And I guess since the auction isn't over the price may go up to what I paid for it.

Anyway I thought I should tell everyone who's interested that this is a particularly good looking jacket, and it's very well made. IMHO it's a really good deal, especially if the price doesn't go up much. Since there's so little DVC merchandise available, I wanted to give everyone the head's up because this jacket is particularly nice, and reasonable to boot. There are 4 available and so far no one has bid on any, the auction ends tomorrow. What color was it and what was the logo like? Was it 2 or 3 mountains and where was the logo?

I've seen that jacket the past several times that I've been "window shopping" on disneydeals.com. The only bummer is that it is only a "small".

I'm glad that your jacket has found a happy home. You got a great deal at 29.95.

The jacket/windbreaker is navy blue with a khaki lining which shows when the collar is folded down. The logo is embroidered in white over the left breast and there are two mountains with the mickey head peeking out between them.

I want one of these bad, they look awesome, except they are smalls, need XL. I e-mailed but never any other sizes but smalls.

It is too bad that the size is limited to small, I realize that unfortunately cuts a lot of folks out. I guess that's why they are on the Disney Deals ebay site, too many smalls and not enough small people!

I bought this exact windbreaker (XXL) at SSR in January for the listed price of $75 -- and I'm happy with it at that price. I have received some very positive comments about the looks of the jacket from others. I'm very glad I found this jacket.

Yep it's really a sharp looking jacket, and a complete steal at $19.99. I actually considered buying a second one, but I have so many Disney jackets it seemed silly. Isee 4 folks have bid on it now, hope they are DIS-er's and I hope the price doesn't go up much (or at all!) before the auction ends.

I had gotten one on e-bay, probably 2 months ago. They are really nice, like it a lot. It was $39.99 at the time, but it was in my size and I was quite happy w/the purchase
