Not necessarily faster to walk since CR is first after MK... it is usually only faster to walk TO magic kingdom from CR (Of course my advice does not hold true if there is a big line of people waiting for the monorail...)

Probably so but I was taking into account #1 a possible monorail crowd and #2 those "rare" occurences where the monorail gets stopped on the track rotfl: happened to us twice on our last trip - about 15-20 minutes both times).
