Really good feeling

A rep came into our office today who we havn't seen for about 5 months and she was amazed at how much weight i'd lost.

She cam right over and was saying how good I looked.

A really simple thing but it made me feel great.

Congratulations! Keep it up! My good feeling for today is that I resisted having cake that my company was giving out for their anniversary. I'm glad I resisted because I know I just would have felt awful if I ate some, but now I feel good.
