Hey guys! Where would you all recommend to go for lunch in or around the Boardwalk resort. I'm looking for a good CS.

Thanks!

It's not a CS, but Beaches and Cream is a great little restaurant that's pretty quick and easy. Priced like a CS, too.

If you have park hoppers, you can pop into Epcot and have fish and chips or grab something from the Tangerine Cafe.

Your other option is the Spoodles pizza window (until Spoodles closes), or the kiosks set up on the Boardwalk that have hot dogs, chicken fingers, subs/burgers, pizza, fries, etc.

Yeah I was thinking Beaches and Cream. We have APs so Epcot could be an option lol..especially since we will be there.

We are doing the Segway Tour early in the morning so we could just habg around Epcot and eat there.. but we have to go to the Boardwalk to pick up our anniversary cake so I thought it would be fun to eat and hang around there and we were married at the boardwalk so it just seemed fitting lol.

Anyway thank you for the ideas :)

I think there is a pizza window near the bakery.. but other than that.. there isnt too much. Hurricane hannas at the BC but you have to be staying there to even get into the pool area...

I think we will just get something from the Bakery. I checked the menu out and the sandwiches there sound good. Anybody ever have them?

THere is a QS area in the Beach Club Gift Shop.. cant think of the name.. it has sandwiches.. not too much but it has a few things to choose from.

I've had breakfast items from the Boardwalk Bakery that was pretty good but not any sandwiches from there. A lot of people like the food at Big River Grille, they have some nice outside tables looking at the Boardwalk (it's not counter service but they don't take ressies either).

Beach Club Marketplace is not good enough to walk over there to get anything. It's okay if you are staying there, maybe, but definitely not good enough to walk over there.

My personal fave is Tangierine Cafe in Morrocco.

Enjoy the Segway Tour. It's so fun.

Ok then maybe we should just do lunch in Epcot or just go to DTD area and go to WGPE. IDK LOL! I'm stressing ovet this like a crazy person.

The sandwiches at the bakery are good. If you're on the dining plan I think it's a pretty good value for one of the CS uses. It's usually not crowded at the boardwalk during lunch so it shouldn't be a problem getting a table outside.

That's what I wanted to do. Sit outside and enjoy the sights.

I was thinking too that it may still be early after the segway tour. We are doing the 7:45 tour so it may still be breakfast time when we get to the Boardwalk. If it is then I may go to Spoodles.

The sandwiches we had were great. The two of us shared the turkey with bacon & swiss on some kind of huge, grainy bread. It comes cut in half, with a small bag of chips. That, along with sharing either the carrot cake or chocolate mousse cake, was plenty of food for us. Most pleasant surprise of our recent trip!

Ok cool! Sounds good to me! Thanks!
