I've decided I'm really going to try to reach my goal weight of 150 lbs. This still puts me slightly overweight for my height, but I feel this is obtainable.
Some background- I have tried dieting some in the past and excercising too, but I have a lot of troublesticking to anything long enough. I know I use stress as an excuse a lot, so trying to quit doing that. Not that my life isn't stressful-- going through a divorce that's already taken 2 years and no end in sight,
However, on a bright note, I did finally find a job- 
I am presently 20 lbs lighter than I was when I left my marriage, but still have a ways to go.
I know TOO much info, right? But, I'm laying it all out here so that I will be accountable to somebody, and hopefully that's easier with people I don't really know. So here's my plan, I have a wii fit and will use that for exercise, including definitely jogging some every day. I'm jogging to Disney World, well I set up a ticker with that many miles and am going to keep track of how far I "jog" on the wii. I'm also going to track my food intake and try to watch calories, and sugar carbs.
Any suggestions or encouragement welcome. Thanks for listening to me ramble.
