Really dumb question about rates

When looking on the WDW website, do the rates that are shown reflect any discounts? Or do you actually need to call reservations to see the actual cost. Like with the current incentive, do the rates reflect that incentive or is there a place on the website to put in the code to see the actual cost of the room with the discount?
