Reallocation of points on completed reservation?

Hi everyone - I have a completed reservation from Feb 2020 that used 90 2020 UY points. I have 2019 banked points that are now at risk because additional trips I had booked for March and May 2020 were/will likely be cancelled. (Rookie mistake - always use the banked points first, but with my other two trips booked it wasn't an issue until now.) Has anyone had success in Member Services adjusting past reservations?

I don't believe it is even possible. System isn;t built to do it.

They will not do that, Once a reservation has passed, and points used, they can not and will not reallocate from future reservations.

Thank you! I thought it was a long shot, but wanted to ask just in case since they have been making other exceptions for points.
