Realistic Plan for Park Hopping AK/HS?

Sunday Sept 6th

Two families with kids same ages (2 and 5). My kids are boys, theirs are girls (plus a teenage boy).

T&D= if other dad and teenage boy want to split off for height restricted ride.

The Plan:

815am:
DS5 and I (and friends daughter age 5 if she wants) @ HS for JTA signup at 9am rope drop.

8am EMH for everyone else @ AK:
-Safari

830-930:
-Expedition Trails/(T&D)Expedition Everest
-Daisy Duck Meet

940am (Everyone Meet Back Up):
-In line for 10am Lion King Show

1035am:
-Tree of Life picture on way to Dinoland via back Africa/Asia path
-then either
Option A:
11am Nemo Show
1130am-1230ish Dinoland Boneyard
(Goofy/Pluto Meet if wanted)
or
Option B (most likely):
1040am: Baloo & King Louie Meet
11am: Dinoland Boneyard etc
12pm: Nemo Show

(Doug and Russell Meet or Flights of Wonder on way out if able/desired)

Break to hotel

4pm HS:
-Tower of Terror FP (4-5pm)

425pm:
-Characterpalooza@440pm

5pm:
-TSMM FP(5-6pm)/ (T&D)RnRC FP (5-6pm)
-Woody Buzz Meet or Little Merm Voyage (@515pm or 540pm)

or (for their family of girls if they choose to differ their path)

530pm:
Beauty and Beast Live@530pm
TSMM/(T&D)RnRC FP @6pmish

620pm:
JTA

645pm:
Star Tours FP (6-7pm)

705pm (for other family not mine):
-Frozen Sing Along (SB, or FP if girls don't have interest in Star Tours)

They might have interest in Fantasmic! (havent asked them) after we eat if there's time, but mine will not. My DS2 unfotunately hates fireworks and explosions.

I think my close calls are hopping to AK after JTA signup by 940am and the other family squeezing in Frozen Sing along if their daughter wants to do JTA.

Does this seem realistic/possible? I know we are bypassing a lot, but its either that or skip out one park this quick trip. With park hoppers we can at least hit all the things we love at both parks.

I think your chances of making that 10 am Lion King after JTA signup are pretty slim UNLESS they open HS early or you are near the very front of the line for JTA. Even with one or both of those, it's still going to be a quick run back to Lion King. Are you driving or taking Disney transportation? If you skip JTA completely, it takes care of both of your close calls. Is that even a possibility?

My DS5 is a crazy star wars nut and my wife loves watching him do it so it is not an option to skip. Last year we were about 10th-15th in line and got him signed up by 0915-0920. We were originally 2nd in line at the turnstiles but of course the person in front of me had issues with his MB stalling me so by the time I got to the pre drop JTA line we were 10th-15th. I was hoping we'd have better luck and get out again by that time or better. I investigated bus ride from AK to HS is 5-10 min so I know its going to have to be a perfect storm to make it in time. If we didn't make FoLK it wouldn't be end of the world. I wanted DS5 to see it since he fell asleep before it started last year but you have to give up a little sometimes to make things work.

Does anyone know how likely a bus will be available shortly after park opening from HS to AK? Should I attempt to schedule a cab to better my chances?
