I am a full time wheelchair user (can't walk). I have checked the Universal website and read through many threads on here. I would like to have some real world experiences with the rides (especially FJ), stores, restuarants, resorts, etc. We are planning our trip for one day (just IOA), Jan. 5, 2012. There are 5 of us, kids ages are 10, 15, 18. Thanks!

i have used w/c a couple of times and found no issues using it.

the lines for the attractions will accommodate a manual w/c easily.

for those rides where you need to relocate from the w/c, TM's will assist you.
some rides have an elevator to use when there are stairs involved.

the shows have floor level places where you can sit in your chair and the rest of your group can sit on benches next to you.

the major merch stores has decent aisles where you shouldn't have issues with your w/c.

go and have fun at universal!
