I Read too many negative posts on here about CM's. well I would like to write one about this fantastic CM that did my reservation today. I luckily came home for lunch today and found out that Sept AP rates came out today. When I called i had a half hour of lunch left so i took a chance and called .After only a 3 minute wait, I talked to this great CM named Jeanie Marie. I had an exisiting 9 night AAA rate at POFQ, but when i saw THAT AKL OR WL would only cost $20 a night more and could only hope some nights were left. The last time AP rates came out I didn't find out until 6o'clock that night andf of cource after 15-20 minute wait on phone things were slim pickings. Anyways Jeanie marie did my reservation and information in less then 10 minutes and in fact I let her pick the resort for me (were going to AKL $129 a night). She was friendly , curtious and answered every question. So I would like to thank jeanie Marie for making my day!!
I called WDW DINE yesterday and got a wonderful CM named 'Holmes' (as in Sherlock, lol) - he was so nice and chatty. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I needed to make 7 reservations and each time I did, he offered me advice on the best way to get to the restaurant and gave me a lot of theme park info which was really nice of him e.g. best time to book LTT for lunch in order to go out and enjoy the parade afterwards. One of the reservations was for House of Blues at DTD and he started telling me how much the kids would love the Lego store and World of Disney in DTD etc. Wow! He was incredible. He was also very funny. When I booked Rose & Crown he said "aha, so you can't leave Ireland without going to the pub?" - cheeky but wonderful.
