Real-life VMK?

VMK is evermore becoming more realistic. Its a harsh fact, but true unfortunately..

Let me explain why:

1. First off, there are conmen/women in VMK who think that they can better themselves by hurting innocent but guillable people into giving them stuff. Thank goodness you can't trade credits, or just think what else would happen!
2. Next, you get lame advertisements wherever you go. It is really annoying trying to just play with people saying "hey come to my room!" or even worse, FALSE advertisements from people saying "Come to my room and you get whatever you want!". I feel a victim to that; someone wanted people to come to his room and gave them NOTHING after promising whatever you wish!
3. Then you get the staff authority figures. Although they are doing their best, you get a lot of miscarriages of justice in VMK (i.e. getting banned for wrong reasons)

If you notice, you get all three of these horribe things in reality, which may explain why VMK has gone downhill since BETA. Don't be surpised if you see this next time you long in:

Well, the reality of VMK is that it is played by people. Anywhere that you bring together people and create a system in which things have value or worth, you will see human nature display its best and worst.

It may be a virtual kingdom, but it is played by real people. And the fact is that people with ultimately show their true personality traits when interacting with others for any length of time - especially if there is something to gain. Sad, but truth about human nature.

It does annoy when people do advertise. Back in the day (lol) when I first started to play VMK I remember going to the rooms that said free Inferno or whatever the most wanted item was. They would make you pay some furniture and say it will help them to get more. After you paid the person would boot you! It is horrible to scam people it makes people very sad and its unfair. It even drives some people to quit Vmk forever.

It's gone downhill since Beta?
Are we talking about the same Beta with no good events, no host games, constant DC, room furniture moving around uncontrolled, nonexistant staff, no Frontierland or several other rooms, waits per room reaching 500 and deserted areas?
I think we are.
It's only getting better, and is not going to close for YEARS, and not one or two years, a good long fun time!

It has it's faults. Everything does. Rigtht now I'm pretty much blind to the flaws, but they start appearing after you love something for too long. Take a break and come back, you'll be suprised how brilliant it is.

There have been games going for 5 plus years that only get better. Take RuneScape for example. They have 100+ servers and manage them all and admin them all. They check chat logs and admin actively. VMK needs to take a page from their book.
