I've been debating posting something for a couple of days now; but in the end I figured that I'd probably kick myself if I didn't ask the question.

So.....California Grill is opening up again in early September and Disney will start to take ressies on Monday.

I was wondering how everyone feels about the option of dining at Cali Grill instead of the Wave? On one hand, we have the opportunity to try for a time and to eat at the Cali Grill without having to plan for it 6 months in advance. On the other hand, I'm not sure we're going to be gaining anything as part of the Cali Grill dining experience is to be able to view the Fireworks from that spot.

What do you think?

Stick with the Wave or look to change?

For the record, I'm cool with sticking to the Wave; but this is an opportunity worth considering?

I know I'm probably going against the grain, but I would LOVE  :lovestruc: to be able to get the chance to dine at CA Grill! I wanted to eat there the night that we are now going to V&A's, but now that I have the V&A's reservation, I don't want to give that one up. To get to go to CA grill and V&A's in one trip would be awesome! :thumbsup2

How awesome would that be??

I've been thinking about it. I know Tiff is happy to keep the Wave; but this is one heck of an opportunity to get in for Cali Grill with an open book.

I think I feel a late night coming up on Monday. :thumbsup2

Well if you are into it, at least book it, we can always cancel it! :rolleyes1

Alison - I currently hold the reservation for the Wave. I'm not sure that I'll be allowed to hold two ressies at the same time. I know you're busy......but is there a chance you could call and book?

I really enjoyed my meal at the Wave last month, and that would be my preference.

By the way, where does the Wishes cruise leave from?
