~ Real Housewives Of NewYorkCity ~

Jill and Kelly drove me crazy! Jill is so fake and all Kelly could say is, "Are you on crack?.". They ALL drove me nuts this year. Really disapointed with all their behaviors.

Yes, I agree, insanely boring.

Kelly is out there somewhere over the rainbow.

I like Jill, I think she does a lot of back stabbing, but she will also own up to it and apologize. If she would just stop doing it though, that would help.

Luanne, she thinks she is better than everyone which really annoys me.

Cindy, not much about her to say.

Sonja, she irks me the most. What exactly does she do? She is going for bankruptcy but still has people to dress her, shop for her, mend her, assist her, clean for her, wait on her. Whatever, she is another one who thinks she is better than everybody.

Ramona, she has problems. She is very defensive, she is so willing to talk about other people and she definatley does it to hurt and then when someone says something back, she can't take it. Grow up, maybe if you would stop insulting other people, then they would stop insulting you.

Alex, well she is just weird and overly dramatic and her husband is a creep.

Please, let's be honest, most of the housewives are just acquaintances, they are not friends. OF course they are going to be talking about eachother and fighting, they aren't really friends!

I still love it though, but my favs are Jersey, BH and OC!

This show is getting old...I just don't find it entertaining anymore and not sure I can stand another season. If they're not throwing some random party, they're arguing/bickering/gossiping about some stupid nonsense. They're all defensive and they all need to just get over themselves!

The thing that drove me the craziest, was when Kelly kept saying "Alex you're having an inauthentic moment." If anyone is being "inauthentic" it's Kelly and her ridiculous sayings...I swear she picks up on these random buzz words and tries to use them, but just ends up sounding stupid. Last season it was "systematic bullying" and this season it was "inauthentic moment."

I'll take Bethenny Ever After over this show ANY day...it doesn't hurt that I love that SkinnyGirl Margarita and go through at least a bottle every weekend. :thumbsup2

I completely agree! Although I really don't like Kelly, never have, how about Alex saying that the word "class" was dirtier than the actual c word! I think she may see the word class as levels of society where the Countess means class as in elegance. Just my perception.

I found Alex sooooo dramatic this year. Her jaw dropping moments were out of control!!:eek::eek:

And I love how they all excuse their bad behavior by saying "At least I own it" and "That's just who I am, I speak my mind." Give me a break! I don't see this show lasting long if the cast continues to act this way!

Pretty good article I stumbled upon. Mainly about the NYC reunion show, but mentions NJ, ATL and OC.

Good article...I hope the rumor about firing all the housewives of NYC and recasting is true. I noticed that Andy didn't ask the group if they would be back for another season, which I hope is a sign. I won't watch again with the same bunch.

As the article pointed out, the housewives used to be fun with a little fighting. Now it is all about the fighting and backstabbing and who is (as Caroline puts it) the "most fabulous."

Bit ironic, the "B" group is always criticizing Alex and Ramona's affection, towards their husbands. Although, two are divorced and one has no man..:rolleyes1

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

So the reunion show has come and gone, huh? Well - I guess that shows how much of it I watched - LOL - because I wasn't even aware of it..

I think the last show I saw was the trip - when the fortune teller (or whatever) told Romona there was another woman.. Totally lost interest after that, but would check this thread every now and then..

When will Bethenny's show be back on?

The only thing that would have made me happier, would have been to see LuAnn's name lumped in there too.

Jill Zarin is on Hannity (Fox News) right now. He asked if she was fired and she said it doesn't work that way. She said the housewife and Bravo "discuss" Sean said are you coming back and Jill replied "I can't say" :confused3 wth ?

Jills out, just saving face....the one crazys worth watching are ramona and sonja...:rotfl2::rotfl2:.WHy they kept LuAnn is beyond me and glad to see Kelly go...now ALex, I loved the way she mothered Ramona...what a great friend (what I saw) she always had her back....sorry alex got booted....

Alex McCord & Simon van Kempen
I can confirm that I have not been 'fired' by BRAVO for next season's Real Housewives of New York City. There are many rumors swirling around. Here’s the truth - Simon & I are still under consideration for season 5 & we'll know one way or another very soon. I have to laugh at all the purported 'insiders' giving 'off the record' quotes. Some of the things I've read are frankly just absurd. Check back here or on Twitter & I'll let you know the truth when I know something definitive. Alex

The worst-kept secret in reality TV is finally out and absolutely confirmed.

As previously reported by Us Weekly, Bravo has fired Alex McCord, Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop from the Real Housewives of New York.

The cable network told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement: "Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan and LuAnn DeLesseps will be returning for season five of The Real Housewives of New York City. We've had a fabulous run with all the ladies and appreciate them sharing their lives with our viewers. It is a friendly departure among the other ladies and we continue to have ongoing discussions with them.

Brooklynite McCord, 37, Tweeted the news as well late Saturday. "Nothing was decided until today, but as of tonight a decision has been reached. [Husband] SimonvanKempen & I are leaving #RHONY, sadly but amicably."

"Alex and I are sad that it's come to this," Simon Van Kempen told THR. "We had a great four years. We don't intend for this to be the final time you'll see us on television. Everything happens for a reason. We are not happy, we're not sad. It is what it is. We thank our fans. We have tremendous, tremendous outpouring of support...We're not going away. We remain happy and long may that continue."

A rep for Zarin, 47, told THR: ""Jill is out of town with her husband Bobby and they are visiting her daughter Ally at college for family weekend so she is not speaking with the press. I can tell you that she is very happy and extremely busy with the national launch of her shapewear line Skweez Couture by Jill Zarin which will debut at Lord and Taylor stores across the country this month and then roll out at other national retailers in the coming months. Jill is humbled by the extraordinary amount of media interest in her response and looks forward to personally opening up about all of this very soon and announcing some exciting new projects.

No word yet from Bensimon or Barshop.

"I have 100 percent faith in every girl that is on the show," returning housewife Sonja Morgan told Us on Thursday. "We didn't get here for any reason except we are all very talented and have a lot to share on screen...I'm sure that everybody has plans. I'm not worried."

I'm glad to see Jill, Kelly and Cindy go but unsure about Alex. I'm glad she finally spoke up but sometimes it made me cringe because it was out of her element. Rumor has it, Jackie Onnasis' sister's daughter in law will be on the show. She was married to a "real" prince. That should be a good pairing with LuAnn.
