I personally wouldn't want a pool even in a big mansion like that. With small kids pools make me nervous, even with gates and alarms I wouldn't feel completely comfortable. I don't think that's why Teresa doesn't have one though.

I agree - it's to much work, etc. especially since she doesn't hire help...

Not having a pool just didn't fit with her MO though - she seems to be about portraying this certain image and not having a pool did not fit with that image.

DH happened to watch this epi with me ... ugh, my DSon starts law school in Sept on the East coast ... ugh, we have heard it is absolutely grueling the amount of reading and work ... we felt terrible for Albie.
I wonder where he is enrolled and what will he do now???

Teresa did look fab in that $1,000.00 (I am guessing) dress seeing she just had a baby!!!

I really thought Caroline's daughter did a great job with the make up! I really hope she continues with it and finds a job in the field.....good for her! I also felt bad for Albie, I just finished up student teaching and had the most condescending teacher and supervisor, I totally felt for him while he was sitting in that chair telling his mom what the professor said to him. As a teacher I can say, yes Albie you can become lawyer, a learning disability does NOT dictate what you can/can't do in the future. I have 2 friends who I graduated college with who had learning disabilities, both graduated with honors and now have hold a teacher's cert.

The Kims...they gotta go! I really liked the way Caroline handled Kim G, very classy. I was also happy Jacqueline stood up to Kim G and let her know that SHE was the one coming to her house and bringing up Danielle.

The other Kim...wow...well, both Kims are 2 faced, wonder what Danielle thinks of all this now that it is being aired.

danielle was on Watch What Happens Live last night and when they asked her about the 2 kims she kept saying "who?" in this obnoxious way saying that she doesn't know who Andy was talking about. At another point she said something about the Kims setting her up LOL, so Im gathering she doesnt talk to them anymore.

Since Albie lives at home I'd say he goes to whatever law school is closest to Franklin Lakes. Princeton maybe.......

Oops just looked it's either Rutgers or Seaton Hall. Although where is Franklin Lakes...maybe he was commuting into NYC.

Not according to the People article. Annual income for 2009 was $79,000, this includes income from Bravo. Filed for bankruptcy Oct. 2009 listing $10.98 million in debt. including $80,000 in credit card debt. Received $120,000 for support from family members.
Certainly doesn't sound like they "have plenty of money"

How does someone making $79,000.00 qualify for that MANSION Juicy and Teresa live in ... now the debt they have certainly did not JUST come about when they moved into that house ... why their BANK did not see all this before they were approved for a construction loan is confusing to me.

We built our Boston home in 2005 ... we went to the bank, they told us what we qualified for (based on DH's income) as far as the construction loan and after each "phase" in my new home was completed by our builder; the bank then would release the payment and we paid the builder. It was all done very professionally.

This just does not add up. At all.

the $79K figure is what they reported as their most recent yearly income-not the income they claim they had prior to their current "situation" ("bad economy, renters not paying rent....").

also-one of his buisness partners is suing for monies that the partner gave him to do repairs on one of the rental properties they co-owned. the partner claims the money was never used on the properties but was used to pay for the home construction.

he owns a construction company and it's not a far shot to figure that he could have used the company's line of credit with suppliers to avoid using traditional construction loans.

the furniture shop teresa dropped all that cash at last season told people magazine that she had opened lines of credit in her family's name (so some of their creditors could be going after her parents and anyone else stupid enough to let them do that).

the sad thing for those they owe to-only the income/assetts they aquired prior to filing is subject to the court dealing with. anything that's come afterward is theirs-including the $$$$$$$$$$$ from the cookbook she's got on the best seller list (and the others in the works).

if you read the article you can tell they have little intention of changing their lifestyles, and feel no remorse for those creditors they've left holding the bag (and the woman who won a wrongful injury claim due to injuries sustained on unrepaired stairs in one of their low income apartments)

She said in the People article that when they started the house and shopped 'that' way they did have the cash flow to back it up......their yearly income was 'more' than 79,000. So they say!


Im guessing a lot of the work done on the hosue was done 'under the table' but he better make sure he pays off the 'right; people!

As much as it pains me to say so - LOL - I have to say that Danielle has a very nice singing voice.. A gazillion times better than LuAnn!!!!

And whether it comes out on the reunion show or not, I have to agree with Danielle that the "real" reason Dina stopped filming was not because of her.. My money is on news leaking out about Dina's marital issues, etc..

Other than those two things, Danielle is without a doubt, a nut job! When I watch her - and I watch Kelly on HONYC - I keep thinking about HOOCounty and how "boring" there are in comparison.. They're just petty and catty - not totally "off the wall"..

Anyone else think Ashley needs her butt kicked? She needs a serious attitude adjustment - and if she wants to stay out of jail, she needs to drop the petty nonsense with Danielle and Facebook and do something productive with her life..

I must admit that I'm impressed though that Theresa does everything with no outside help - and still manages to look the way she does; drag Gia all over to auditions; have her lunches with the girls; cook; clean; take care of a new baby; etc.. But then again - we all know how important "clenziness" is to her..

I'm really kind of hoping that Danielle will be dropped next season.. A little "too" much drama for me..

Albie.. One heck of a good looking guy!! I really felt bad for him about his schooling.. How dare that school tell him he could "never" be a lawyer!
People with far worse learning disabilities have gone on to become doctors; lawyers; scientists; etc..

I didn't know that theresa had IVF for this baby.. Why? Where was that reported?

I do not believe Teresa about doing it all herself. I just don't. I think that everything about her is fake.

When they were making the tomato sauce her babysitter came over. WHY? Teresa and her whole family was there, why she probably needed someone to watch the little ones.

She has no nanny but she does have baby sitters

No housekeeper? She might want to call is something different but does anyone really believe she has those 4 kids, that she watches herself, that she cooks dinner 5 nights a week like she says, that she keeps that house herself.....that she cleans all her bathrooms herself?

I just don't believe it.

Just like the bankruptcy it's all smoke and mirrors.
