From NJ and stopped calling my parents mommy and daddy before 10 (which is when I moved to TN). I remember coming home the first day of school in TN and calling my mom "momma" because that was what ALL the kids in my 4th grade class called their moms.
And here, lots of adults still call their dads "daddy."
I just never heard that in S. NJ.
Last night was another mess. Ugh.
The part that bothered me the most was that Teresa's parents chose her over their son. I just think they should have stayed neutral. I find it very wrong to stop having anything to do with your son when you do not have the whole story. I felt he was truly hurt about that.
