I'm embarrased
to ask this question because I feel like I'm a dummy for not knowing the answer but when they have open houses at places do you need to have an appointment to see the house?
Also, when a new development is going up and they have a model home with a big white banner on the side of the house that says OPEN HOUSE in red letters can you just stop in? Even if it's on say a Tuesday? I know most Open Houses seem to be held on Sunday but it looks like there are always cars at this one particular model home in the development that I'm intereted in viewing.
Like I said, I feel silly asking this question but I thought with so many people on here that someone would probably know.
Thank you.
