Real Estate in Florida Question.

I know that real estate values have dropped substantially, but are homes still selling? I mean if a house is priced appropriately, are people still buying? Or is the market really flat?

I hope so, because the problem started with real estate, so it will probably be real estate that starts the recovery.

And yet the one help in the Senate stimulus package that may have done anything to improve housing was stripped out by the final negotiations with the house... brilliant!
