Disneys industry-leading timeshare business, Disney Vacation Club, is seeking experienced, licensed New York real-estate professionals to work as Independent Real Estate Sales Agents.

Responsibilities:
The ideal agent will bring well-developed outstanding sales experience to the position. He/She will leverage successful sales skills to sell Disney Vacation Club Memberships, conduct sales presentation in-person and over the phone to prospective clients about Disney's innovative vacation ownership program.* They will demonstrate business savvy and entrepreneurial enthusiasm to motivate clients toward a buying decision, while conveying the true value of the program. In addition, this agent will be developing a trusting relationship with clients, counsel them through the process and provide timely follow-up to ultimately inspire them to purchase.
* Independent Sales Agents may hold a license in New York yet sell Disney Vacation Club Memberships that include vacations in other states.
Required Qualifications
Active New York Real Estate License required
Minimum 3 years direct professional sales experience
Must demonstrate a proven strength in sales-lead prospecting
Proven success working in a competitive sales environment
Ability to maintain a continuous positive and professional attitude
Ability to be comfortable and flexible working in a field environment, managing in-person and telephone sales
Ability to maintain long-term relationships with Disney Vacation Club Members
Desired Qualifications:
Multilingual abilities in Spanish/Portuguese
Member of Disney Vacation Club (or familiarity with the product) is a plus
Experience staying at a Disney resort
Multiple personal travel experiences, both domestic and international
