Reagan Funeral Music Question

At 1:40 (and 40 seconds) there is a song played during Reagan's funeral. (Go to C-SPAN's web site for the video.) I cannot find the name of the music anywhere on the Internet. It's not listed in the program. I really believe that this particular song/hymn is Irish and on a movie soundtrack or two...

PLEASE HELP! My DH would be so happy if I found the name of this song!
