Ready for Pandora!

DS and I finally watched Avatar and then we watched the DIS previews in HD (beautiful!). Thinking about sneaking in one day at AK the last week of August. We're staying onsite at Universal and it's supposed to be an easy stay with lots of pool time and pool hopping. But I don't know if I can wait until our next Disney trip in 2018 to see Pandora

We have watched the movie and many of the reviews or sneak peaks this weekend. Super pumped! It looks awesome. If you could sneak it in I would definitely go for it.

Saw the Tim Tracker vlog of Pandora,seems pretty much on the spot of what I expected,its a good,solid addition to AK but several things were somewhat underwhelming,the boat ride being a short three minute long ride being one of them.Some of the food items and drinks are definitely on my list to try.Even though I'm not a fan of the movie and AK is my least favorite park I'm totally looking forward to getting in some 2-3 hour lines for the new rides the first day I can get in there.

I was only going by what was mentioned in his vlog,I know you have to be correct as 3 minutes seems ridiculous short for that kind of ride.With that said,even though he says it was short he prefers the Na'vi river journey boat ride to the Passage of flight simulator.I know myself and I'm sure I'll prefer Passage of flight but I know I also enjoy my dark rides/boat rides and hearing it was short was a downer as those rides I like to ride to relax so the longer the better and 3-5 minutes doesn't sound very long,and Ryan by the way Happy Birthday!

I thought tims walk through was the best video of pandora to date.. Everyone else went at it from a news perspective and craig did mention on the show that they were rushed so they just didn't get the time that tim had to really look at every little corner..

I suspect next weekend as the whole team gets to do previews and really take it in, we'll see some new more detailed stuff come from disunplugged.
