Okay, I have PM'd a moderator to ask them to restore my original thread. I offered to sacrifice the several very kind responses I have received on my new thread. Hope that doesn't upset anyone. Please know that they are appreciated, but I would rather have the five pages back that I already had. Plus, I think it just makes more sense.

We'll see what they say. They may decide that since I already started another thread I am stuck with it.

Spent today doing homework in the am with the kids. Pool and working out this afternoon. We are leaving shortly, based upon Haley's advice to get there early, for Mickey's not so Scary Haloween Party. We are going as the Incredibles. I will post a pic.

Are you doing FULL incredibles, or just t-shirts? Asking, b/c the family I saw in full incredible suits looked HOT (temperature wise, not the other way.)

It was very warm. We were in shorts and t-shirts with our 3 musketeer smocks on - and hats, which were also HOT.

Can't wait to see the pics. Can't wait to see my pics, if my darling husband ever decides to hand them over to me.

OK, It's time for me to share a part of the tale of that fateful Sunday evening.

See, me and 10 of my friends had a big night at California Grille. It was fantabulous, delicious, lemony, and lover-ly.

We had my favorite drink (lemondrops!!), cried at Wishes on the balcony together, and ate many foods. This is one of my fave pictures, which I would put in my siggie if I could shrink it.

I DID, TFI, have the black dress memo. But that's not me. So I was Farm Girl, Peasant Girl, Oreo-Center Girl that night. All white. Which is a fine color to wear UNLESS you have Lemondrop-induced inspiration at 11:22 PM.

"Let's ride Splash Mountain! MK closes at midnight!! We can make it!!" SOME of us (me and my friends + MadSkillzSher) had a little bag with better shoes, for it's a bit of a tipsy run (NO TIME for the monorail!!) to MK.

I will resist the temptation to share the details of our adventure FROM Kevin-The-Terrific-Waiter to Splash Mountain (read the trip reports!!!) except to say.. we made it!!

Horsey and Sher were the track stars and rode without the rest of us as they were warned the ride would close very soon.

BUT. We made it!! AND!

I got to ride with my Grammy!! AND!! Kimmie and her Doug

were right behind us and ASH and her Jay were in the back of the boat!!

(nice move, Kimmie...)

BUT!! Grammy and I were thwarted in our steps to the front of the boat by the ONLY other person even NEAR that part of the park who JUMPED in the front of the boat !!!

We started our ride and kept our hands up the WHOLE way. Water jumped on us. THEN. Grammy and I realized who was in the front of our boat........

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IT WAS ZZUB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE nearly FELL OUT OF THE BOAT!!! We laughed SO hard!! Kimmie got one pic as we were laughing too hard to snap poor ZZubbie

I lost a lung and all decency (never wear a white lace skirt on Splash Mountain) that night. I'll NEVER forget it. OK, I will say more about that night when the trip reports catch up, but for now, I just wanted you to know zzub was THERE, baybee!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can this day be over, please? I just gave my presentation. To about fifty people. I have not had to speak in front of a group that large since Hilton Head two years ago. Blech. At the end (and the WHOLE time I was speaking I could feel the zit that popped up last night GROWING) I asked if anyone had questions.
