Okay, I DID sleep in just a little. Got up at 8 or so. Was in the middle of my first ever Strommers dream! Really. I've dreamt about writing to you guys, etc., but never about you in person! Horsey came to visit me at home. We had so much fun chatting. Then I left her in my living room and went to get her a drink of water. Outside, in my yard (but much bigger) were a whole bunch of you guys. Mark was really handsome and tall. Rhonda's hair was long (?). I remember seeing the top of Wesley's head running around, but never got a good look at him. It was kinda like a family reunion! (GEE, wonder where I got that). I was having so much fun with all of you (it was a big crowd!), then I realized that Horsey had never joined us. She was still waiting for me in the living room! I felt so bad! I went to get her and she had been sleeping, and she had a cold. I woke up while searching my cabinets for cold medicine for her.

Okay, ANALYZE THAT!!!!!! I think I miss Horsey.

VBS went well, thanks for asking. Last night ds6 had two neighbors sleep over and tonight is round two with ds12's very late sleepover party. I'll have nine 12 year old boys here. Shrek and I agree we can do anything for 16 hours. The funny thing is, I am looking forward to it! These boys are good kids and know how to behave. Pray for me as I will be the hash-slinger!!!!!!!

I have been so busy this summer that I have let planning for our Christmas trip to the World sit on the back burner for too long. (I am a bad DISer...I am already at 130-something days). I finally called Disney Dining (or is that Dinning?) this morning, and got MOST of what I am looking for. I have to call back on the 15th for Candlelight Processional Dinner Package though (looks like Gary Sinise will be one of the speakers TFI), and I may try to add a few more things, but got all the other ressies I wanted.

My problem is this: I wanted California Grill for Christmas Dinner. I was hoping to get there to be able to see Wishes, which isn't until 9pm. The CM I spoke to was extremely helpful, but told me there are NO TABLES for 5 available at all that night. He could have gotten me in around 5:40pm, but it was for 2 tables...not one. So I ended up going with Narcoossee's, but after looking at the menu it just feels all wrong.

What should I do?? DH was so excited about the idea of getting to see Wishes without having to be IN the MK.... (especially when I told him they pipe in the music).

Should I try for O'hana's and watch Wishes from either O'Hana's (assuming I get a good view of the castle) or the Poly Beach???
Should I stick with Narcoossee's (even though it seems like a waste of 2 TS credits for my family??)
Should I try for California Grill every day and hope that something miraculously opens up???
Or, sholuld I come up with something completely different???

(We are staying at the Beach Club, and will be having breakfast at Cape May Cafe that morning at 9am. Then we are planning to resort hop for the day. I really want to see all the XMAS decorations at the resorts.)

My head hurts.

Sorry I can't help you Jen. I'm not a MK Restaurant aficionado. I do know that CG is a tough one, though. I'm not surprised you can't make it in on Christmas. (Yeah, that's real helpful, huh?!)

Don't hurt your head!!! Here's what I'd do. Just keep trying. Something will open up, it always does. Do the backup, just in case, but if Narcoossee's doesn't feel right, dump it. Did you look at Citrico's?? Or, someone else, who MAY know what they're talking about, ON RARE OCCASION, had good things to say about AP, TFI.

Just, not very much. For a variety of reasons!!!

But, 'tis true. I am a (slightly) grumpy, (slightly) disheveled (although always loveable and endearing) Sheridac in the am.

It's warm here again today. I get my kids some popcicles and I over hear them talk about how the are made,

DS: Do you know how popcicles get there colour.
DD: They paint them
DS: No they don't they start with a big block of ice cut it down to size and
pour juice over it and put it in the freezer.

Then they start fighting on who is right. Can you tell I don't make home made ones for them or they would no how they were made. Just know I wouldn't want to eat a painted popcicle. I love to hear how they explain things to one another.
