I don't know. We will have just gotten back 9 days before. Would have to be a weekend thing.

I'd really like to "meet" you all though.

We'll see.

Slacking, who's slacking today? Not me, I'm working hard from my couch today, really, I am!! :teeth:

MG, I say LA LA, sorry

Sleepydog, welcome, loved your TR

Happy Friday to all!

Morning Sweetie (and all the other maelstrom hotties), assuming you are still around and haven't left yet for your second assault of the grapes

Hi Sweetie!! Yup, I am still here. Until 2ish. Then I am off. For to pick up more bottles of the wonderfully fortifying nectar of the gods. :teeth:

And Haley and I would NEVER have a cat fight. 'Cause neither of us are catty!!!

Hi all!
I amhome today. Getting ready to go clean the house. It needs it, badly.
Anyone want to come help me?

Yes I am officially done with school. Woohoo...

Haley..where did all my nicknames go? I miss them...

What is that, four, five pages already today? Is that a Maelstrom record? Maybe not. I'm just sayin.

Also, I have another question. Is it just me, or does anybody else, when they see LaLa, pronounce it Layla?

I'm sure it is supposed to be LA LA, but I just keep thinking Layla. I'm not even that big a Clapton fan. He's ok, but not my favorite.

So, is it just me?

Master G. Ease up on the Vicodin, Baby. It's La-La. Or La2. La even. Whatever floats your boat. But definitely not Lay. Cause that just makes me sound, well, creepy dee is right, Ash. A girl's gotta have her standards.

LaLa I DID get a hotdog at a cookout on the 4th. Had it on my plate, started to eat it, and no joke - hairy pig lips came to mind and I couldn't do it. The LaLa diet is working nicely for me. :teeth:

Hey, I'm only here to help. And you're welcome. The funny thing is that I did the same thing on the Fourth. I grossed myself out. I couldn't do the dog either.

Our choice in Epcot is LeCellier.

ITA, Minnie. We love LeCellier. It ROCKS. And why wouldn't it? It's at Epcot. And everybody that's anybody knows Epcot ROCKS. Thanks for the info on WCC. Sounds good. We'll probably give it a shot.

Haley or is it Bubbles?: We so need the Bubbles sound here for you after that story. You saucy minx you. (((((SLAP))))))

Grammy: You're crackin' me up. And Donna's right. It's ketchup, Woman. Missed ya in chat last night.

Where's Chapstick? Hope you're all dried out by now, Chappie.

Welcome to the new peeps. Jump in and join the madness.

Allright I gotta run. Gotta get tickets to the new POTC movie online. DH and I are going out tonight WITHOUT the kids. Mark it down in your calendars, people. Or don't. Whatever.

Have a great Friday, Maelstromers.

:moped: Yes, that's for you.

Im just sayin'! ;) :teeth:

Hey La - You gotta let me know how the movie is. I wanna see it and I'm sure I will. I'm afraid that it won't be as good as the first one though.

They serve catsup with that???????????????
Ummmn.....Grammy? You been in the spice cabinet again, hon?

I am going to go see Pirates too.
I am soooo excited.

I can't wait to see me some Orlando Bloom.

You MUST join us. I'm just doing a weekend thing (well, 4 nts). It'll be worth it. And I'm going again about a month later. And now that we've chatted with the Mistress (well, we think we have), it is IMPERATIVE that you both attend. C'mon. Throw caution to the wind. Drive if you have to. Or find a Ding fare. Stay at the POP. I think we have a group rate, no? Haley? You don't wanna miss it! You don't! Really!

Minnie, please don't dis Alfredo's. Cause we have an ADR there in October and I'm already not thrilled about it. I'm really embarrassed to say that we didn't LOVE Le Cellier. I would go again, but I think DH would put the kabosh on it. I thought the seasoning on the meat was a bit strong, but I LOVED the CC soup and pretzel breadsticks. I was thinking maybe for lunch. On another day. If we have time. BUT, I have a picky DH, and so we didn't have many Epcot options. I just figured if we REALLY wanted out, we could just go to ESPN. They don't take ressies anyway. I dunno. DH likes Italian, we're going to be at Epcot, and I figured if we stuck with the Fettucini we'd be safe. No?

Can't remember who originally asked about WCC. We liked it when we went quite some time ago. You have to be in the mood for that kind of entertainment, though. Don't know that hubby would be real excited about doing "I'm a little teacup" in front of everyone. ESPECIALLY if the kids weren't there to see it. He will do those things for our kids. Other people....not so much.

Well, a weekend trip just to have your hair done oughta fit right in then. Does that happen before or after all the wine? Just askin'.

P.S. Sorry to pipe up but I was invited. . .
No need to apologize. But I've been here since (what is this? the 2nd or 3rd thread?) the beginning of this crazy MAELSTROM(!) and I wasn't invited.

Plus, you don't have to be invited here. Besides. Most of us are so umnnn...hmmm...trying to be politically correct here....gregarious...yeah, that's good - that we don't wait for invites. We just saunter ourselves right in! (Did the fact that I just used the word saunter show that I'm Southern?)

Oh, I wanted to pipe in on the WCC thing. I have never been there. But, Zurgswife posted that they will not be going back. They have cut down on the antics, so much so that Bobby the Kid is no longer employed there.

Hi SleepyD!!! (Is it ok that I call you that???)

Wow! Really? Bobby had his own fan club! And the Zurgs always LOVED it there! Delswife, too. I'm SHOCKED! I did read a couple of TRs that commented on the tameness lately, but I thought they just didn't get the right server. Hmmm. Well, much as that's a shame, it may open up an opportunity for me this year! Love the atmosphere/WL lobby there, so I'll have to do more research!

You MUST join us...etc.

I would love to Ash, but chances are slim. I am a very spontaneous kind of guy, and when I get it in my head to do something, I ususally make it happen.

I can be very persuasive. I even got a prescription filled at a pharmacy without the prescription.

So it hit me that I want to make the meet. Problem is, I talked to Jen about it and she really doesn't think there is any way for her to get off another two days so soon after our vacation.

I've not closed the book on it yet, but it is looking slim. :sad1:

Yes...not as much as if you had used the word mosey, but yes.

I might own a mermaid outfit. You'll have to stay put to find out. :teeth:

And. You run a small shop???

And. I am twins with many. MANY, I say. It's my gift. Well. One of my gifts. And maybe not even my most important one. Just sayin'. :teeth:

And. I have you on record Mr. Closet!Man. I KNEW IT!!!! I am telepathic that way!!!! Ask anyone.

And. What kind of training says use them rarely???? That is just soooo wrong. On many, many levels. Many.

Sher? Are you and Grammy raiding my new spice rack TOGETHER??? What the HECK are you talking about, woman?

sheridac said:
Ahhh. But I sent him the supery-dupery invite. The one that intrigued and enticed. :teeth:
Did it involve the Mermaid outfit? I'm just askin'.

Who's got toys? What did they do with the old toys? Why are the toys red, green and ferret color??? Why isn't anyone sharing?? Don't make me pull this car over !!!! YOU SHARE or so help me I'm telling your father !!! :rotfl:

Okay, just a quick drive by Hello. Welcome to Sleepy somebody. Sorry, forgot the second part of your name. Welcome just the same !!

It's Friday PEEPS, party it up !!! I'm still on the Gatorade. I'm guessing you shouldn't mix that with Vodka or Rum? Nah. Me thinks that would be pointless.

Rock ON and all that sorta stuff.

Sid
..That video was sicking me out. The monkey, then the lobster on that crazy lady's head AND THEN the flippin' octopus. I had to shut it off after that. I can't afford to lose anymore electrolytes !!!! Thanks. :teeth:

Sher..Bring your mermaid outfit on the 22nd. I think we might need it. :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

I am truly feeling the love now. . .and I want world peace. *sniff, sniff* Enough about me. Actually, saunter is more Midwest and mosey more West. Sashay, on the other hand, speaks to mint juleps, mossy trees, and the bloodhound moping on the porch. Fiddle-de-dee.

Of course. . .though it makes me sound like some sugar-infused breakfast drink you find in the fridge. Seriously. . .nooooo, I can't even say that word with a straight face :lmao: . . .umm, whatever you want to call me you can. I answer to many names.

BTW, WCC gets low marks from me (2 visits, 2 duds) while AP is the real deal--fine dining in a relaxed, yet rustically upscale setting. I have written at length about its charms (no not your Lucky Charms, sher). As for others' names on here, it will take me some time to figure them all out. . .nothing worse than saying Mister P when you mean Master G. Whew! I'm a probie again. . .
