Is anyone able to get through to an agent? I just get a message that all agents currently are busy and to try later, then I get disconnected. In the past, I was able to stay in the line until someone answered...

Yes I was able to call in to pay for the DVC wish cruise but it was a 75 minute wait. I’d try to do online chat and see it they can help you first before calling MS.

Isn't the Wish payment a different option in the menu? Maybe it is going to another call center. I already tried the chat, they told me they couldn't help, and I need to call... :-(

I got that message 3 times today.

Tried again and this time I got into the queue now. "An agent will be with you shortly... your expected wait time is 75 minutes." Oh my. Listening to Mary Poppins music now. I guess there is worse phone hold music.

I waited over an hour and couldn’t get help. Person said it couldn’t be done, but two people here successfully did what I asked to be done.

After about an hour wait I finally got to talk to a very helpful and lovely cast member who was able to solve my problem with the help of a supervisor. So a shorter wait would gave been nice, but I got what I needed.

I waited over an hour and couldn’t get help. Person said it couldn’t be done, but two people here successfully did what I asked to be done.

Bobbi. I find that when my iPhone says 8:59. I wait about 20 seconds and then dial the MS number. By the time you listen to their spiel and ask you if you want MS, I hit #1 and have never waited more than 15 minutes. Trouble is to remember to phone at the exact time. A couple of minutes can mean a longer wait and the same for phoning up 30 seconds too early as you then have to repeat the process which takes a minute or so.

9am really is the trick. After waiting several times in the last six months for more than 2 hours I called at 9am last week and was helped within 2 minutes. Well they picked up at least.
