Re-Used Food

I used to work there too! I too remember them saving stuff from the salad bar, but I"m pretty sure food standards have changed from way back when and everything probably gets tossed at the end of the night

We're the same age! LOL I am your husband's age. I have only seen 1 Rax in the past 20 years.

For those of you who are frightened of the thought of re-using table bread, I always slice or "butcher" the bread so it can't be re-used.
