Re-sale purchase timeline

First of all, I'd like to say that The Timeshare Store is unbelievably great to work with. Jerry was excellent. But more than that, no matter who i spoke to there about my purchase, they made me their top priority. I ALWAYS got a return phone call or email within an hour or so.

So we closed today on our first purchase at Old Key West.

Here is our timeline. 48 Days start to finish.

Sept 20. Made offer on 100pts at OKW ($70/pt)
Sept 20. Offer accepted & received contract
Sept 21. Sent deposit check UPS RED
Sept 22. TTS received deposit check (10%)
Sept 23. Sent for ROFR
Sept 25. Escrow account opened
Oct 3. Disney waived ROFR
Oct 23. Received closing documents from Timeshare Closing Services.
Oct 24. Sent Closing docs and final payment UPS RED
Oct 27. TCS confirmed receipt and waiting on sellers returned paperwork.
Nov. 3 Confirmed sellers paperwork. Waiting on final paperwork from Disney.
Nov. 7. Informed that PURCHASE HAS CLOSED!!!
