For poster who wanted to know if you could cancel and rebook a SWA ding fare. Yes you can cancel and rebook using Ticketless Travel funds just like you would if you didn't have ding fare in first place.
I had booked R/t ding flight on SWA about 2 wks ago. Today I got ding that caused me to save 40.00. So I rebooked after verifying I could do this.

Yup SW is great in that way . Very easy to change flights with no penalty.

Everything is just a number as far as they are cncerned.

Yes. I just did that today. I booked a ding flight and then discovered I had checked the wrong box for the return flight. I wanted a later flight that day, so I called them and they said just cancel the flight and rebook and use the ticketless funds so I did. Everything is great and worked easily. How refreshing!
