re public transport outside disney

I need advice!!!
We are staying in OKW in May----having stayed at disney many times before
We don't hire a car when we are there.Tis time Iwould like to visit the Millenia Mall and the Premium outlet stores
Can anyone tell me if there is public transport to these destinations

You should be able to take a cab-Bell Services will usually make the call for you.
Last Oct. I stayed at POFQ and took a cab to Orlando Premium-cost about $15.00 one way.
