? re:Picking up DDE letter at Epcot

If we're picking up a letter for the DDE because we didn't get the card in time, does anyone know if you can pick that up at the guest relations/ticket booth at the International Gateway entrance or do you have to go all the way to the front of the park? We're entering through the IG entrance and planning to eat at WS. It would be so much easier if we could pick it up there!

It's an actual letter in an evelope, so no, it will only be at GR outside the main gate.
