We have dinner plans @ the GF for 4:40 do you think we can make it in time?

Probably, but it could be tight since a lot of guests will exit the park right after the parade, making lines for the monorail longer. Try to be in the area where the parade will begin, then duck out as soon as it passes you by.

Don't forget about the boat to GF. If it's right there waiting it might be faster than the monorail.

The 3pm (Share a Dream Come True) Parade starts in FRONTIERLAND so it won't reach the Main Street train station until about 3:25pm.

It lasts about 20 minutes.

So, if you watch from near the train station, that means you (and a few thousand of your "closest friends") will be bopping out of MK at 3:55pm to 4pm.

Your most-direct trip to GF would be by the little excursion boats (there are usually 2 of them running the same route) that depart from the dock at MK and go directly to GF (then on to the Poly, then back to MK, etc).
Assuming (a big asumption, here) that you can get on the first or second boat, you should be able to make your restaurant by 4:30-4:40pm.

If you try the monorail, (be sure to get on the RESORT monorail) you should be able to board by the second or third monorail, if the crowds are not too large, and make it to GF by about the same time as above.

As always, if you can leave a bit be BEFORE the parade ends, you will beat a bunch of "lollygaggers" by enough time to make a better connection.
