I have a Disney Visa Rewards Card that I used on our trip last December. There are no points left on it. I have since built up more rewards points on my Disney Visa card-I know-hard job but somebody has to do it!:rotfl2: How do I transfer those new points to my existing Rewards Card that has not expired? Do I need to get a new Rewards Points Card? Can I do this over the phone? Do I need to do this at DTD?
:confused3

You should be able to do it either over the phone or online.

Thanks!
I guess I was hung up on the idea of how they put the new points on a card that is in my possession-but I assume that since the card is already activated, they don't actually need the the card in their possession to do this. This makes sense now that I think about it.

It is a very quick process. When we get a new card we have it loaded with the minimum amount in case we would lose it while travelling. We call once we get to the resort and it is loaded by the time we check in.

I'm still too new to be allowed to post links, but the following site has a lot of good info about the rewards card on it.

disneyrewards.disney.go.com

My only caution is this--check out the expiration date on the front of your old rewards card. I was told that if I load points on an old card and don't spend them by the expiry date, then they are lost even if recently transferred . . . have fun spending!
