Re- Hitching Ceremony

Can anyone give me any infomation on this ceremony? Which restaurant does it take place at?
When and who do you asked or notify? Thanks to all on the boards.

I do know that this takes place at the Garden Grill Restaurant in Epcot Center. I would assume you would tell the person you are making your PS with, and then again when you check in for your PS.... Here is a link to another post regarding this topic- Re-Hitchin Ceremony
