This isn't a Disney question, but you guys seem to be the most up-to-date on this type of stuff! 
We are heading to Mexico for Thanksgiving. My husband and I are fully vaccinated. Due to timing of the FDA approval, my kids won't be fully vaccinated when we travel. As I read the new regulations, since they are under 12 and traveling with fully vaccinated adults, they fall into the 3-day COVID test requirement, not 24 hours. Can someone else please confirm this is also the way they read the policy?
